Caitlin Mixter serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at Reactivate and is a member of the Executive Committee. In her role at Reactivate, Caitlin is responsible for business unit development and oversight as well as managing and overseeing core infrastructure and operational functions such as technology, legal, marketing and branding, human resources and corporate impact.

Prior to joining Reactivate, Caitlin served as a Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations and member of the Operating Committee at Lafayette Square, an impact investment management firm. Caitlin was a day one employee at Lafayette Square in 2020 and played an integral role in building out the firm’s infrastructure and operations as well as developing and marketing the firm's credit products. Additionally, Caitlin built and managed the Investor Relations department from the firm’s inception until the summer of 2022 when she transitioned into her leadership role at Reactivate.

Prior to joining Lafayette Square, Caitlin served as Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations at Brightwood Capital Advisors, where she was responsible for the development, marketing, and distribution of Brightwood’s products and overseeing the firm’s institutional and consultant relationships with corporate pensions, insurance, endowments and foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals.Before joining Brightwood, Caitlin was part of the Global Business Development team at GoldenTree Asset Management ($46bn AUM).

Previously, Caitlin held investment roles at GSO Capital Partners (Power, Energy, Metals & Mining) and Oaktree Capital Management. Caitlin started her career at Barclays Capital in Investment Banking-Leveraged Finance (Natural Resources & Power).Caitlin serves on the Board of Colorado Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE). Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Virginia and is based in Boulder, Colorado.
