Tom serves as Vice President of Product at Reactivate. Prior to joining Reactivate, Tom worked as the Senior Directory of Policy and Business Development at GRID Alternatives in Denver, Colorado. Tom focused on community solar efforts nationally, managing organization strategy and community solar technical and program staff to develop a pipeline of over30 MW of projects in GRID’s core markets including Colorado, California, and New Mexico.

Tom also led the advancement of community solar policies through regulatory and legislative engagement nationally as well as strategic efforts including Department of Energy national community solar partnerships, engagement with industry associations, community-based partnerships, and other national partnerships key to GRID’s community solar growth.

Tom currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a focus on International Development from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Policy and Management through the Erasmus Mundus Master’s Program in Europe (Lund University/Central European University).
